
Intake Coordinator – Ethics & Compliance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the intake channels for reporting and process reports to determine assignments.
• Dispatch timely acknowledgment receipts and log reports into the case management system.
• Elevate reports via the defined triage process and allocate them to the suitable team.
• Monitor unassigned cases to facilitate prompt follow-ups and assignments.
• Maintain an organized repository of information pertinent to investigative operations, intake processes, case administration, and referral protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to enhance intake processes, documentation, and workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and high quality of case documentation.
• Adhere to data integrity standards, conduct regular case audits, and engage in quarterly data reviews.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive and empathetic intake conversations through live calls when necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Employment Legal teams.
• Assist the Ethics & Compliance team with various tasks and projects as needed.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in working efficiently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
