Insurtech Sales Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +10 more locations.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal concerns.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their policies and address service requirements.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the insurance product range and the Jerry.ai application.

• Connect customers with appropriate insurance companies and coverage options.

• Resolve issues that hinder customers from securing the right coverage.

• Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• A genuinely friendly and upbeat demeanor.

• A commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team.

• A strong work ethic.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Full-time staff must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for salaried positions, or AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly roles.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as applicable.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
