This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and various inquiries from customers and carriers with professionalism.

• Make outbound calls as necessary to address customer inquiries.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of customer service notes and documentation within the CRM system.

• Manage client requests, policy modifications, and updates efficiently.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or related setting.

• Strong technical skills and aptitude.

• Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services sectors is preferred.

• Possession of a Life & Health license is preferred, though not mandatory.
