Insurance Sales Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients who have previously requested quotes.

• Reconnect with former clients to regain their business.

• Provide bundled insurance quotes to current customers holding only Home or Auto insurance.

• Collect all essential data for precise insurance quotations.

• Input and uphold accurate customer details within the CRM system.

• Arrange appointments or transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents.

• Follow up with prospects and clients as instructed.

• Keep comprehensive notes of all discussions and activities.

• Achieve daily outbound call, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.

• Cultivate positive relationships while providing outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or call centers is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Skilled at building rapport and professionally overcoming objections.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.

• Capable of multitasking and accurately recording conversations.

• Bilingual proficiency (English plus Ukrainian, Romanian, or Russian) is a significant advantage.
