Insurance Sales & Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care to customers while identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal increases.

• Respond to incoming calls from customers interested in auto, home, motorcycle, and various other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications and service inquiries.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Jerry.ai’s insurance offerings and the associated panel of insurance providers.

• Connect customers with the most suitable insurance companies and coverage options.

• Address challenges to facilitate customers in obtaining the appropriate coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and assist in enhancing the customer experience.

• Participate in product enhancements through a brief feedback loop.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Superior communication skills.

• Must reside in an eligible state: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly positions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must possess or clarify the status of a valid P&C license; the license is not a prerequisite as Jerry.ai covers the cost if necessary.
