This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Integration: You oversee the complete integration process from the transition following the M&A phase until its successful conclusion.

• Coordination: You facilitate collaboration among all involved departments to ensure effective teamwork.

• Kick-off meetings: You are responsible for organizing and leading meetings to guarantee a successful initiation of the project.

• Project planning and control: You develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using our project management tool, Asana, and track their execution.

• Central interface function: You serve as the primary communication link between business partners and internal teams at blau direkt.

• Risk management: You proactively recognize potential risks and implement suitable countermeasures.

• Team coordination and stakeholder management: You encourage interdepartmental collaboration and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the insurance market: You possess extensive knowledge of the insurance sector and are familiar with the processes and specifics of broker firms.

• Project management expertise: You have a proven track record of successfully leading projects and are skilled in using project management tools, ideally Asana.

• Strong communication and diplomatic skills: You demonstrate clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication across all levels of hierarchy.

• Structured and solution-oriented work style: You are adept at managing complex processes and maintaining an organized approach.

• Team-player mentality: You appreciate the value of teamwork and can inspire various specialist departments.

• Willingness to travel: You are open to occasionally visiting our business partners on-site.
