This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and community engagement.
• Create and sustain a pipeline of prospective new business opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct follow-up communications to support acquisition objectives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to align outreach strategies.
• Monitor activities and report progress towards set goals.
• Ensure adherence to office and regulatory protocols.
• This position is available exclusively to U.S. residents.
• Property & Casualty, as well as Life and Health licenses, are required.
• Experience with State Farm is preferred.
• Quick problem-solving skills and proficiency in basic computer functions are essential, as this role involves considerable note-taking.
• Access to fast and reliable internet service is necessary.
• Must be comfortable working within the Eastern Time Zone.
• Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal, along with strong listening abilities.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to effectively connect with customers.
• Experience working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Must be capable of performing daily responsibilities independently.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with other agency team members.
• This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any required licensing and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own staff. Employees of State Farm agents are not employed by State Farm.

• Base salary plus commission and bonuses.
• Average earnings for first-year producers range from $75,000 to $85,000 with unlimited potential.
