• Deliver expert medical insights to assist the claims team.

• Analyze and interpret medical evidence thoroughly.

• Recognize functional limitations and expectations for recovery.

• Offer clear guidance to facilitate informed decisions on claims.

• Interact directly with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Collect information and clarify intricate medical issues.

• Ensure customers receive appropriate levels of support.

• Disseminate clinical knowledge throughout the organization.

• Assist non-clinical colleagues in understanding medical conditions, treatment paths, and functional capabilities.

• Collaborate with Claims Assessors, Rehabilitation professionals, and medical team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Extensive clinical experience across one or more specialties.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to interpret intricate medical information and convey findings clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

• Experience collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Background in Occupational Health, Rehabilitation, Disability Assessment, Case Management, or Insurance is beneficial but not mandatory.
