Insurance Expert – Spanish Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee business operations and assess potential risks

• Assist the team in navigating the complexities of healthcare and insurance

• Establish pricing and repricing strategies for various products

• Enhance margin monitoring practices

• Work alongside Key Account Managers to deliver suitable tools for customers

• Evaluate portfolio profitability and recommend actionable insights

• Engage with the global insurance community

• Play a role in organizational influence, recruitment, and training in multiple countries

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in the health insurance sector

• Proficient in English

• Understanding of industry trends, pricing and repricing decisions, and market practices

• Strong quantitative background in statistics or actuarial sciences

• Familiarity with insurance products and business operations

• Capability to navigate and integrate technical, data, business, and legal insurance inquiries

• A builder mindset dedicated to scaling and optimizing processes and systems

• A commitment to transforming the insurance and healthcare landscape and challenging conventional practices

• Fluency in Spanish or a willingness to learn the language

• Experience collaborating with teams located in different countries

• Established connections and a profound understanding of the Spanish health insurance market

• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain
