Insurance Expert – AI Training, Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate underwriting scenarios that feature clear and justifiable model responses

• Construct claims cases that involve coverage evaluation, policy interpretation, exclusions, or indicators of fraud, along with appropriate adjudication

• Examine AI-generated decisions in underwriting and claims meticulously, line by line

• Assess model outputs for their accuracy, reasoning, and thoroughness

• Detect misinterpretations of policy language, overlooked exclusions, incorrect risk assessments, and plausible but inaccurate conclusions

• Compose clear rationales that elucidate the evaluation outcomes

• Meet deadlines consistently

• Design and assess tasks utilized for training and evaluating advanced AI models

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in underwriting, risk assessment, or claims — across life, health, general, or specialty lines

• In-depth understanding of how risk is evaluated and priced, as well as how claims are adjudicated

• Proficiency in closely analyzing policy documents — conditions, exclusions, endorsements — and comprehending their practical implications

• Exceptional writing precision

• Strong aversion to plausible-sounding inaccuracies

• Dependable in meeting deadlines

• Interest in how AI is set to transform the insurance industry

• Preference for influencing the development of AI technologies
