• Produce and present detailed data analysis reports for both internal stakeholders and client leadership.
• Support data-driven decision-making during the initial implementation phase and throughout the entire contract lifecycle to ensure optimal revenue performance.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal development/configuration teams.
• Transform complex client requirements into actionable technical specifications to guarantee system alignment with organizational goals.
• Exhibit a thorough approach to developing and maintaining internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guides, and user manuals, ensuring all documentation is precise, accessible, and detailed.
• Create, execute, and sustain advanced scripts aimed at auditing client data files.
• Maintain the ongoing accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data ingestion processes to avert revenue loss.
• Provide outstanding customer service and account management, promoting high client satisfaction and upholding R1’s reputation as a leading strategic partner.
• Offer high-level technical support for legacy systems during their decommissioning phase.
• Oversee comprehensive troubleshooting, perform formal root cause analysis (RCA), create business-critical reports, and monitor system health to ensure continuous service.
• Serve as a key team player, working collaboratively across departments to enhance operational excellence and support a culture of collective success.
• Preferred experience in healthcare revenue cycle, including familiarity with hospital and/or professional billing.
• A minimum of 2 years of SQL development experience; experience with Spark SQL/Databricks is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or client-facing technical position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Preferred expertise in the Health System Revenue Cycle domain.
