Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce

📋 Description

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions, especially regarding Sales Cloud and CPQ, converting business needs into actionable solutions.

• Supervise and manage mini projects that concentrate on Salesforce configurations, automations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.

• Function as an assisting Product Owner by defining user stories, drafting acceptance criteria, prioritizing backlogs, and participating in sprint planning with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with the project team to guarantee successful project delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Evaluate and troubleshoot Salesforce system performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives.

• Keep current with Salesforce best practices and new features by maintaining relevant certifications through Salesforce Trailhead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is mandatory. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist are preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years concentrated on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (equivalent work experience is acceptable).

• Proficient Salesforce expert with a demonstrated history of working across Sales Cloud and CPQ, including configurations, workflows, automations, and reporting.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to evaluate complex data and business processes, providing recommendations for improvements.

• Experience in agile frameworks, encompassing backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative feature delivery.

• Proven track record of managing mini projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project teams.
