• We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to become a part of our team. In this position, you will play an essential role in analyzing business needs, acting as a liaison between departments to ensure that comprehensive system solutions are effectively developed and implemented. The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical mindset and be capable of communicating efficiently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• The Business Analyst will act as the connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring the IRMS Suite is tailored to meet client-specific needs. You will lead discovery sessions, document business requirements, and convert them into system configurations, facilitating smooth implementations and client engagement.
• Responsibilities include:
• - Collaborating with clients to collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
• - Configuring the IRMS Suite to support medical information workflows and compliance standards.
• - Translating requirements into functional specifications and working alongside product and implementation teams.
• - Assisting with validation, testing, and deployment activities to guarantee successful rollouts.
• - Offering expert advice to clients on best practices in medical information management.
• - Participating in client workshops and industry-related engagements as necessary.
• - Utilizing AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance the processes of requirements gathering, documentation, and system configuration.
• - Identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation into client workflows and internal operations to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Qualifications:
• - A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or life sciences technology.
• - A curious, AI-focused mindset, seeking to identify areas for enhancing business and internal workflows through AI and automation.
• - Proven ability to elicit and convert business requirements into effective system configurations.
• - Practical experience in configuring enterprise systems or SaaS applications.
• - Strong client-facing and communication abilities, including leading discovery sessions.
• - Proficiency in MS Office, documentation tools, and AI-assisted productivity platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar).
• - Comfort in using AI tools to enhance analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up decision-making.
• - An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• - Capability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
• - A background in pharma/biotech solutions is preferred (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or related systems strongly preferred).
• - Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance workflows (medical inquiries, adverse event reporting, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
