This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage incoming calls related to the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) while providing exceptional telephone customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to facilitate the FNOL process for Property and Casualty claims.
• Input FNOL report details, loss information, and claim documentation into the system.
• Electronically organize documentation and assist with services including mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviews.
• Aid the team by processing invoices and coordinating with vendors.
• Ensure accurate client and policy records by entering current information into the system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and propose more efficient methods for managing administrative tasks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within an insurance or professional services environment.
• Residing in Mexico is strongly preferred due to alignment with time zones and team requirements.
• Availability to work in US time zones.
• Ability to start within two weeks of receiving the job offer.
• Comfortable using time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).
• Must possess a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
• Access to backup equipment in the event of power or internet outages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
