This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, offering guidance and updates throughout the claims process.
• Evaluate and submit claims documentation to insurance providers, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with adjusters, insurers, and third-party vendors to monitor claim progress and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Interpret policy coverage and clearly communicate claim outcomes to clients in a professional manner.
• Maintain precise and detailed records in agency management systems.
• Assist clients in compiling necessary documentation such as incident reports, photographs, and estimates.
• Identify potential coverage concerns and escalate complex claims to senior team members for further review.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. insurance regulations and internal protocols.
• Aid in reporting on claims status, trends, and performance metrics.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. Property & Casualty insurance claims (either brokerage or carrier side).
• Familiarity with agency management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to manage multiple claims concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work U.S. hours.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
