Claims Handler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversight of a portfolio encompassing automobile or property damage claims

• Management of a portfolio related to material recovery (subrogation) claims

• Receiving claim notifications via email and phone, while assisting clients throughout the process until resolution

• Participation in the development and maintenance of our partnerships

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree or diploma in law and/or insurance

• At least 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in claims management

• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities

• Prioritizing customer satisfaction; you are an attentive listener and exhibit empathy

• You are meticulous and methodical in your approach

• You thrive in autonomous work while fostering a collaborative team spirit
