This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Management of an automobile or DAB claims portfolio

• Oversight of a material recourse portfolio

• Reception of email declarations and customer calls, assisting them throughout the case handling process until closure

• Involvement in the establishment and sustainability of our partnerships

⛳️ Requirements

• You hold a degree in the legal field and/or insurance

• You have at least one to two years of validated experience in claims management

• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills

• Customer satisfaction is your top priority; you are attentive and demonstrate empathy

• You are meticulous and methodical

• You enjoy working independently while maintaining a team spirit
