Insurance Billing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Accountable for two key areas of billing, collections, credit management, payments, and/or reconciliations.

• Billing duties encompass both manual re-bills and electronic submissions to payers.

• Follow-up activities include making telephone inquiries to payers and/or patients, accessing payer websites, and addressing complex accounts with minimal or no guidance required.

• High School Diploma or GED - Required

• Experience in Medical Insurance Billing/Collections - Preferred

• Familiarity with Medical/Hospital Billing - Preferred

• Understanding of UB04 - Preferred

• Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) - Preferred
