Insurance Account Manager – Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team focused on delivering outstanding client service.

• Make independent decisions regarding client coverage analysis.

• Possess some market knowledge with an emphasis on fostering robust relationships with clients and carriers.

• Be well-versed in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting practices, and legislative updates.

• Responsibilities include both transactional tasks, such as certificate issuance and invoicing, as well as more intricate analytical work in a client-focused environment.

• Assist Producers and Client Account Executives in managing larger and/or more complex accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of applicable experience in the insurance industry.

• Valid insurance license.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant training.

• Strong relationship-building skills to cultivate and sustain positive business interactions with clients and market contacts; including exceptional communication abilities, a service-oriented attitude, a cooperative spirit, and the discernment to resolve issues for both clients and the company.

• Ability to embrace a “servant leadership” approach, providing guidance and training to others while staying committed to personal continuous learning.

• Show proficiency in fundamental computer applications, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, along with a quick aptitude for learning to use various applications.

• Act with promptness, urgency, and professionalism in all situations.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the timely completion of critical and sensitive activities.

• Take responsibility for the quality of work produced.
