Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supervise the design and execution of control systems (EPMS, BAS, SCADA).

• Direct system integration efforts between electrical and mechanical systems.

• Oversee commissioning, testing, and validation of systems.

• Resolve complex technical challenges in critical environments.

• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and contractors.

• Develop control standards and best practices.

• Assist with system turnover and ensure operational readiness.

• Provide mentorship to technical staff as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in controls engineering or building automation.

• Preferred experience with mission-critical or data center systems.

• Strong background in commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of major control platforms and system integration.
