Instructor – Smart Building, BIM Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer a comprehensive overview of the principles, terminology, and application areas of BIM throughout the entire building lifecycle.

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including practical case studies and group activities.

• Clarify levels of detail (LOD), data quality requirements, and information flows.

• Prepare and design course materials in accordance with the curriculum.

• Evaluate learners' competency development.

• Facilitate competency growth and assist in the integration of course participants into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Strong practical and methodological expertise in BIM.

• Experience with digital building models, LOD concepts, and BIM applications across various lifecycle phases.

• Proficient command of German at C2 level (language of instruction).

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or teaching through case studies.

• Pedagogical qualification (AEVO).

• Methodical and didactic proficiency in delivering educational content.

• Independent and structured working approach with a high level of personal accountability.
