This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop training courses and materials utilizing eLearning tools.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions through a webinar platform.
• Evaluate learning deliverables to ensure alignment with business performance improvement goals.
• Create courseware that includes scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, and course certification.
• Generate and sustain pre-, post-, and behavioral change assessments.
• Leverage data to present statistical evidence demonstrating that course objectives are met.
• Investigate technology and media options to enhance effective adult blended learning.
• Produce and maintain training materials in accordance with adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content.
• Develop captivating visual content for colleagues.
• Engage in design reviews, revisions, and quality assurance evaluations.
• Ensure version control and documentation for educational assets.
• Establish and manage development timelines and milestones.
• Remain updated on instructional design trends, emerging tools, best practices, and AI platforms.
• Provide support to the organization on a global scale.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of six (6) years of training experience, including e-learning and course design, or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.
• Proficient knowledge of instructional design-related tools.
• Experience in claims management is preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, including performance-needs analysis, training-material design, instruction/facilitation, training evaluation, and coaching.
• Familiarity with human performance technology and consulting.
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop).
• Awareness of e-learning theories and technologies.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced skills in implementation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while fulfilling internal customer needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
