Instructional Designer I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deliver instructional eLearning and other educational materials.

• Operate autonomously or under the guidance of Leadership to design, create, and support learning initiatives.

• Formulate course outlines and all related documentation.

• Utilize effective learning methodologies to assess and evaluate the validity and suitability of instructional strategies for the audience.

• Craft engaging learning experiences that align with Ryder’s objectives.

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to leverage their expertise in the design, development, and implementation of courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in instructional design.

• Proficient in Articulate 360 (including Storyline and Rise).

• Familiarity with Camtasia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop.
