Instructional Designer – Fixed-Term, 6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable onboarding programs for Relocity’s employee and contractor populations.

• Create structured learning pathways that facilitate operational readiness and enhance knowledge retention.

• Produce assessments, simulations, job aids, and other educational resources that reinforce essential workflows and business processes.

• Develop training initiatives that promote the adoption of Relocity's proprietary mobility platform and AI-driven workflows.

• Modernize legacy training materials into contemporary digital learning experiences, including video-based and self-service learning modules.

• Generate knowledge base resources, FAQs, operational documentation, and reusable learning assets.

• Assess learning technologies and offer recommendations that support future scalability.

• Provide documentation, frameworks, and suggestions that empower internal teams to sustain and advance learning programs after the assignment concludes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, Enablement, or Organizational Development.

• Proven experience in designing and constructing onboarding programs, training systems, or learning infrastructure from scratch.

• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.

• Experience in creating e-learning, video-based learning, and blended learning solutions.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.

• Proficient in tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Google Vids, or similar content authoring platforms.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for content development and learning design.

• Strong project management and consulting capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and convert them into effective training solutions.

• Exceptional written communication and content development skills.

• Capability to manage projects autonomously and deliver high-quality results.
