• Identify learning requirements and create effective educational solutions.

• Work in partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

• Produce e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and assessments.

• Assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and promote ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it is accessible.

• Mid-level experience in instructional design is essential.

• Proficient in using Articulate Storyline.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.

• Capability to perform needs assessments and outline learning strategies.

• Skill in designing and developing learning assets across various modalities.

• Strong collaborative abilities and project coordination skills.
