This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage in learning needs assessments and high-level course development alongside the Product Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Outline learning objectives for the entire course as well as for each individual module and lesson.
• Convert SME materials into clear and accessible educational content for learners.
• Create practice exercises and educational aids.
• Work in conjunction with the production team to develop visual content.
• Review current courses for cognitive load, difficulty levels, and goal alignment.
• Utilize student feedback and SME insights for ongoing enhancements.
• Modify course materials to suit various target audiences (such as onboarding, certification, etc.).
• Keep a record of improvements and ensure course documentation is current.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Instructional Designer role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling technical subjects (software engineering, data science, etc.).
• Extensive understanding of digital learning design frameworks and principles.
• Capability to create diverse forms of educational content (long reads, videos, assessments).
• Proficient in contemporary tools such as Figma, HeyGen, and Supademo.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to aid in content creation, research, and instructional design, while ensuring thorough critical review and quality control.
• High proficiency in English.
