• Develop eLearning modules utilizing Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
• Design and convert PHP/IOP curriculum into well-structured, scalable eLearning formats
• Transform SME feedback into organized, learner-focused content
• Create scenario-based learning experiences that reflect real-world applications
• Produce job aids and supplementary materials to enhance performance
• Arrange content for clarity, usability, and engagement
• Implement UX principles to enhance navigation and the learner experience
• Ensure that learning is intuitive and accessible within the workflow
• Construct and manage learning within Docebo as part of a comprehensive multi-phase system rollout
• Develop learning plans, channels, and content architecture
• Design the learner journey encompassing onboarding, curriculum, and continuous development
• Ensure that content is scalable, searchable, and aligned with system design
• Create templates and design standards
• Maintain consistency across all learning materials
• Convert peer and leadership feedback into structured learning experiences
• Facilitate a distributed content model by engaging Peer Trainers and managers in content contributions
• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and UX
• Practical experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
• Proficiency across various LMS platforms, preferably with Docebo
• Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE)
• Experience in designing scenario-based learning or case-based training initiatives
• Proven ability as a cross-collaborator, adept at building relationships and working with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Capacity to translate complex information into straightforward, actionable learning content
