This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging learning experiences for instructors, family advocates, coaches, and program leaders, both in-person and digitally.
• Design training solutions that prioritize the learner, enhancing performance and fostering adult learning.
• Simplify complex ideas into practical, engaging, and accessible educational experiences.
• Establish clear learning objectives, assessments, and strategies that encourage knowledge retention and ongoing application.
• Produce professional learning resources such as facilitator manuals, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, handouts, and eLearning modules.
• Develop interactive eLearning content utilizing Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Evaluate and update existing learning materials to boost effectiveness, usability, and engagement.
• Ensure all educational materials comply with organizational quality standards and adhere to best practices in instructional design.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and set instructional objectives.
• Provide instructional design support throughout the content creation process.
• Offer constructive feedback and coaching on educational materials created by colleagues, contractors, and business partners.
• Enhance visual design, learning strategies, and overall professionalism in all learning solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance assessments of educational materials.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance trends to continually enhance the learning experience.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently while monitoring progress and adhering to deadlines.
• Assist with learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), video editing, and other digital learning tools as necessary.
• Engage in team meetings, professional development activities, and organizational initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or a related discipline, supplemented by coursework or certification in Instructional Design.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in instructional design, creating both instructor-led and eLearning experiences.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline is required; experience with Adobe Captivate is preferred.
• Solid grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects from inception through to execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings, training sessions, and organizational events.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
