This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Leads or assists in consultations with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify key objectives and develop effective learning solutions.

• Monitors instructional design projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder involvement.

• Develops engaging instructional materials, encompassing both computer-based and instructor-led formats.

• Enhances materials based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring that learning content is effective, accurate, and user-friendly.

• Evaluates instructional materials for quality and alignment with desired learning outcomes.

• Cultivates strong relationships with stakeholders and exemplifies organizational values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in the implementation of interactive media within communication or learning products.

• Fundamental project management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Knowledge of instructional design software and digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, etc.).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a focus on teamwork.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Comprehension of adult learning principles and best practices.

• Ability to infuse creativity into work products and demonstrate a passion for learning.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of graphic design, audio/video editing, gamification, AI, and/or machine learning is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
