Instructional Design and Facilitation Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, implementation, and assessment of educational programs aimed at improving organizational efficiency and workforce growth.

• Work alongside learning and development experts to create captivating training resources.

• Help deliver engaging learning experiences tailored for frontline staff, operational teams, and leadership groups.

• Play a role in crafting interactive and stimulating learning experiences for varied audiences.

• Perform quality assurance checks on educational materials to guarantee adherence to established standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with instructional design concepts and principles of adult learning.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to conduct comprehensive quality assessments on instructional materials.

• Enthusiasm for facilitation, workforce development, and learning in operational or manufacturing contexts.

• Openness to occasional travel to aid in training delivery and learning initiatives.
