This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Develops, maintains, and implements intricate client relationship strategies to ensure that clients' comprehensive service needs are fulfilled and all business/profitability objectives are met.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders by advising on complex sales tactics to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Establishes, nurtures, and sustains productive relationships with multifaceted client organizations to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction while boosting sales revenues and profitability.
• Identifies clients at risk of retention and formulates and executes detailed plans to ensure their retention.
• Creates and upholds intricate plans to support retention sales and product breadth expansion within existing clients.
• Analyzes territory of complex clients to pinpoint firms that may be interested in LFG offerings and targets executives for relationship development.
• Acts as a subject matter authority to both internal and external stakeholders by utilizing an advanced understanding and expertise of LFG's products, services, and operational framework.
• Engages in financial services and/or insurance industry trade organization meetings to uncover opportunities for LFG's participation through sponsorships or speaking engagements.
• Aids retention initiatives by seeking opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds all departmental and/or sales objectives and targets.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management of Defined Contribution plans that align directly with the responsibilities of this role.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree).
• Must obtain FINRA S6, S63, Life & Health licenses within 180 days of hire.
• A confident and comfortable communicator with robust written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capability to converse knowledgeably and credibly with senior management both internally and externally.
• Strong presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions and presentations.
• Exhibits advanced relationship management skills with both internal clients (e.g., management, peers, and colleagues) and external clients, with a proven ability to foster creative and collaborative approaches.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
