This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Install Tenna product trackers on mid-sized vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Conduct tests on trackers and equipment post-installation to verify performance and adherence to specifications.
• Evaluate equipment for fault tolerance and identify necessary repairs.
• Educate Tenna customers on optimal hardware installation practices and the proper usage of Tenna products.
• Efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Tenna’s equipment and systems.
• Ensure that installations are carried out in accordance with Tenna’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of the Tenna Asset Management System and its related products.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to guarantee customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Promptly respond to all telephone and email inquiries regarding product installation, sales, or management team questions.
• Anticipate equipment requirements, prioritize tasks, and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Adhere to safety and efficiency standards at all times.
• Timely process expenses and daily timekeeping records.
• Document your work effectively through daily notes.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an automotive mechanic or heavy-duty equipment mechanic is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in skilled automotive work, including inspections, diagnosis, and maintenance on specialized equipment is necessary.
• A high school diploma/GED or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Electrical experience is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, along with diligence and organization in managing information, is required.
• Must be a self-motivated and adaptable individual with a strong service orientation and a “do what it takes” mentality.
• Ability to meet physical demands, which include bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to write detailed daily notes is necessary.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word, are required.
• The role involves regular exposure to construction site environments, outdoor elements, and various climates, including extreme temperatures, with frequent travel required.
