Installation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage projects from the initial site survey to final approval.

• Create system designs using CAD and PLC technologies.

• Pre-assemble control panels for various applications.

• Install and commission electrical, mechanical, automation, and SCADA systems.

• Participate in research and development for telemetry, remote monitoring, and innovative environmental technologies.

• Implement automated systems for environmental protection.

• Perform system audits, enhancements, and repairs.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, clients, and suppliers.

• Lead the execution of high-quality engineering projects and deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Electrical qualifications (Level 3 NVQ C&G or equivalent).

• Proven experience in delivering engineering installations in environmental or industrial environments.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with engineering installations.

• Familiarity with BS EN 858-2:2003 and BS 7671 – 18th Edition standards.

• Understanding of industry standards and best practices.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid UK driving licence.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Capability to conduct high-standard surveys of mechanical, electrical, and environmental assets.
