This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee and offer expertise in the complete insights generation process within the disease area.
• Foster client relationships and drive business development within the therapeutic domain.
• Lead client presentations, monitor follow-up requests, and manage ad-hoc deliverables.
• Promote existing products to current clients.
• Cultivate business with new clients to support company growth through organic development.
• Review final deliverables to ensure they meet client standards.
• Compose various report types, including key findings and executive summaries.
• Create surveys for a new indication.
• Support marketing content and evolve to spearhead marketing initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of market research analysts.
• Enhance internal research processes, tools, and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive market research strategies that align with business goals.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A proven history of 10+ years in market research related to the pharmaceutical/health industry, with a preference for at least 5 years in a management capacity.
• Required experience in a client-facing role, including leadership in client management, presentations, and service.
• Ability to build credibility with clients.
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the challenges clients encounter in specific areas of responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing, showcasing the ability to clarify complex therapeutic and commercial concepts.
• Consistent record of achieving objectives.
• Proven experience in project and personnel management.
• Outstanding presentation capabilities.
• Preferably knowledgeable in the therapy area.
• Strong familiarity with primary market research methods, with experience on either the client or vendor side (ideally both, and ideally within a healthcare context).
