Insights Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor Brandwatch and various other channels throughout your shift, detecting spikes in mentions, sensitive topics, or initial indicators of a potential crisis.

• Generate a straightforward and concise preliminary report of your findings, which will serve as a foundation for the commercial team to enhance during the next shift.

• Utilize the basic escalation criteria acquired during training to differentiate between situations that need immediate attention and those that can wait until business hours.

• Record information in a well-organized manner to facilitate a smooth handover without loss of context.

• Directly communicate with the responsible team when urgent action is necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive previous experience in social listening is not mandatory; training will cover the methodologies and tools utilized.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly synthesize information.

• Genuine availability for the specified shifts, including weekends.

• Composure and a clear sense of priorities when dealing with potentially sensitive situations, such as the emergence of a reputational crisis.

• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Plus: familiarity with social media and the dynamics of online conversations.

• Plus: interest in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Data.

• Plus: prior experience in customer service, support, or roles that involve managing information under time constraints.
