Inside Sales Specialist, Outbound B2B Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to discovery and closing deals with U.S. clients.

• Conduct daily outbound sales activities through cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn.

• Make over 60 calls each day or engage in more than 2 discovery calls daily.

• Carry out consultative sales discussions and present customized solutions.

• Diligently manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasts.

• Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure successful placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (English C1-C2 level).

• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in remote or outbound roles.

• Demonstrated hunter mentality, including cold outreach and building a sales pipeline.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• Proven track record of execution and meeting quotas.

• Highly coachable, accountable, and focused on results.

• Experience in the BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant sectors is preferred.

• A quiet home office environment is essential.

• Reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload).

• Backup internet option required.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Must be available to work from one of the specified countries during the first four months of employment.

• No travel obligations during the initial four months of employment.
