This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• The Contact Center Supervisor is responsible for guiding and mentoring the assigned team to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Plays a vital role in enhancing the overall success and profitability of the contact center.
• Accountable for the recruitment, hiring, training, and management of customer service associates.
• Candidates must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Tableau is required.
• Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior leadership experience is required.
