Inside Sales Representative, Spanish, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with customers.

• Collaborate closely with field sales, purchasing, and product management teams.

• Prepare and deliver customer-specific quotations while ensuring regular follow-ups.

• Assist the Customer Service Representative (CSR) with the booking of high-value orders.

• Manage the booking of Blanket +CA.

• Track all Blanket orders in the CRM system.

• Handle customer master data management.

• Act as support for controlling functions, including credit holds and overdue invoice reports.

• Supervise API requests and manage escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within an international setting.

• A proactive approach that emphasizes solution-finding and customer assistance.

• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and possess strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in French and Spanish to effectively manage customer relations.

• Excellent command of English for daily communications in meetings and written correspondence.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools.
