This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Accountable for utilizing customer engagement opportunities (leads) from incoming interactions to identify, develop, document, and appropriately direct sales opportunities to product sales teams.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues, National Sales Managers, and regional sales teams to enhance FTI products’ engagement with all customers.
• Provides outstanding customer service and stimulates sales growth through effective communication, product expertise, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Responds swiftly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution.
• Identifies and resolves customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of products and their applications to assist customers effectively and offer accurate information.
• Efficiently manages order processing, expedites requests, and addresses other customer inquiries while ensuring customer accounts are updated for accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively updates customers regarding their order status and any potential delays.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Capability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for tradeshows.
