This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Qualify and respond swiftly to incoming leads, ensuring a positive first impression of Keeper’s MSP program and offerings.
• Oversee daily partner inquiries regarding pricing, training, and renewals while identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Conduct engaging virtual demonstrations that effectively communicate Keeper’s value in cybersecurity, password management, and privileged access solutions.
• Research and contact potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to create new pipelines and enhance program adoption.
• Collaborate with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts into strategic management while ensuring continuity within the territory.
• Engage in sales training and enablement initiatives to deepen knowledge of Keeper’s portfolio and prepare for future advancement to ISR 2.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking of activities, pipeline status, and forecast precision.
• Ability to travel to customer meetings (locally, nationally, and internationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Over 2 years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Foundational understanding of the MSP and cybersecurity sectors.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven capability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently, with a focus on deadlines.
• Comfort with virtual presentations, demonstrations, and CRM-based sales processes.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools, with Salesforce being highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications preferred.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, results-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
• Desire to advance into a senior sales or strategic account position within Keeper’s MSP organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
