
Inside Sales Representative, K-12 Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Identify and cultivate new relationships with educational institutions such as schools and libraries.
• Oversee and expand an active sales opportunity pipeline.
• Perform consistent outreach through calls and emails.
• Facilitate renewals and pinpoint growth opportunities within current accounts.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions and propose subscription solutions.
• Keep precise records in the CRM, including next steps and follow-up actions.
• Operate independently while remaining aligned with team objectives and expectations.
• Engage in coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a quota in an outbound setting.
• Experience in selling to K–12 schools, districts, libraries, EdTech, curriculum, publishing, or a closely related educational sector.
• Direct sales experience with school libraries is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Strong discipline in making calls and comfort with regular outbound activities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while achieving defined performance standards.
• Proficiency in CRM usage, including maintaining accurate records, managing next steps, and follow-up activities.
• Highly organized, receptive to coaching, competitive, resilient, and focused on results.
