
Inside Sales Representative β Industrial/Trades

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
β’ Drive business revenue by effectively processing and fulfilling customer orders and quotation requests.
β’ Achieve margin targets and boost profitability by fostering relationship value through a consultative selling approach.
β’ Meet sales goals and targets utilizing accepted business practices and tools.
β’ Generate and expand business revenue and customer base by prospecting, developing, and nurturing positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
β’ Apply market and industry insights to create new opportunities, assist customers with forecasting needs, and prepare quotes.
β’ Process and fulfill orders, manage inventory and projects, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through innovative solutions.
β’ Attain and sustain sales, margin, and profitability targets by leveraging a consultative selling approach, along with HD Supply business practices and tools.
β’ Utilize industry expertise and negotiation skills to secure financially beneficial volume/discount trade-offs based on market pricing elasticity.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Support.
β’ Experience in Customer Support & Success.
β’ Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience is advantageous!
β’ Familiarity with facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting is a plus!
β’ Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette.
β’ Comfortable in an Inbound/Outbound phone call environment.
β’ Independent and accountable self-starter.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
β’ Experience with consultative selling/solution selling is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid work setting.
