Inside Sales Representative, Health Coach Course

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Change lives through health and fitness by promoting the Health Coach (HCI) course.

• Make up to 150 calls daily to potential students (no cold calling involved!).

• Utilize discovery questions and rapport-building strategies to connect with students.

• Achieve and surpass sales objectives, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in phone-based inside sales.

• A demonstrated history in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred.

• Previous experience with CRM systems.

• Outstanding communication skills over the phone.

• A personal enthusiasm for health, life, and nutrition coaching, along with a genuine desire to assist others.

• Driven by financial incentives with a competitive spirit that thrives in a sales environment.

• At ease engaging with a diverse range of potential customers.

• Capable of guiding individuals through their challenges and motivating them to take action despite fears or obstacles.

• Skilled in building rapport and establishing personal connections with prospective students.

• Willingness to learn and implement AI tools as part of daily responsibilities.
