This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Initiate initial outreach and start conversations
• You reach out to individuals who have contacted us or are already part of our network
• You proactively engage with them, facilitate dialogue, and simplify the first steps
• You assess their current circumstances, aspirations, and readiness for change
• You determine the appropriateness of the next steps (e.g., follow-up discussions, consultation appointments)
• Maintain follow-up and persistence
• You ensure that prospects remain engaged and receive timely communication from you
• Conduct consultation calls and finalize sales during scheduled discussions
• You address any outstanding questions, take objections seriously, and guide them toward a definitive decision: cooperation — yes or no
• If it’s a good match, you secure the partnership with a formal agreement
• Preferably have previous experience in sales or customer interaction — such as in coaching, service, or agency settings — or be an enthusiastic career changer
• Willing to adhere to a structured process (the setter/closer model resonates with you or you can quickly adapt to it)
• Must be disciplined, punctual, dependable, and possess clear communication skills
• Prefer a structured environment and focused tasks — not varied activities every day
• Desire to work full-time and commit to the role for the long term
• Reside in Germany or Austria and maintain a stable personal situation
