This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Prospect and engage small to medium-sized business (SMB) fleet customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Manage incoming leads, qualify opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and closing deals.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with potential customers and comprehend their operational needs.
• Clearly convey the advantages of PrePass software solutions, encompassing safety, compliance, and efficiency benefits.
• Address objections and assist prospects throughout their decision-making journey.
• Keep accurate and current records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast performance, and report on sales advancement.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and disciplined management of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine messaging and enhance conversion rates.
• Engage in training and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales proficiency.
• Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented sales culture.
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, ideally in transportation or fleet software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing an entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Capacity to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical product offerings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• Self-driven with a high level of accountability and motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
