
Inside Sales Representative – Dental Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Build and sustain customer relationships.
• Propel sales growth through strategic virtual sales, upselling, and cross-selling of aligned products.
• Leverage extensive product and market expertise to support distribution partners and customers.
• Meet monthly phone and activity targets while ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
• Surpass sales forecasts through proactive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives when necessary.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to commencement) along with (2) years of experience in sales and/or the dental sector OR
• A High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to commencement) with a minimum of (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental sector.
• Experience in account management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Skills include solution selling, active listening, and gaining commitment.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented sales environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to remain focused and maintain high productivity levels while working both onsite and remotely.
