Inside Sales Representative – Business Insurance Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and market designated Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to prospective clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Manage client servicing during their initial year of policy coverage with Pearl.

• Prioritize sales leads from various channels, including the Monthly Sales Funnel and Daily Activity Report.

• Engage in a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Foster and sustain customer relationships by addressing various inquiries, needs, and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of prior sales and/or customer service experience, ideally within the insurance sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization.

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or the ability to obtain one).

• Regular use of a personal computer, including proficiency with the following software/systems – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, E-storage solutions, Adobe or Foxit PDF, MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
