This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and market designated Pearl Insurance products to prospective clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Provide client support during their initial year of coverage with Pearl.

• Prioritize sales leads from various channels, including the Monthly Sales Funnel and Daily Activity Report.

• Engage in a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, mail, and fax.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships by addressing various inquiries, needs, and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of prior experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within the insurance sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• A Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or the capability to obtain one).

• Regular proficiency in using a personal computer, including the ability to utilize the following software/systems – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, E-storage solutions, Adobe or Foxit PDF, MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
