This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Outreach to service providers and merchants: Engage with potential and current service providers and merchants through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms to assess their financial needs, present suitable financing options, and drive sales.
• In-depth product knowledge: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our financial programs and services.
• Analysis of sales reporting: Consistently evaluate sales reports and monitor accounts that show fluctuations in sales. Communicate your analytical insights to the Sales Director and sales teams.
• Sales generation and conversions: Drive revenue by consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales goals through a consultative, needs-based selling methodology.
• Collaborative cross-functional work: Partner closely with underwriting and compliance teams to guarantee a smooth customer journey from application to approval.
• Follow-up with service providers and merchants: Conduct regular follow-ups to verify their usage of the service and address any further inquiries, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Occasional travel and business trips: Collaborate with the sales team to support visits to service providers, provide virtual and in-person training, and occasionally participate in trade shows, events, and conferences.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services or consumer financing.
• Strong grasp of consumer financing products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in both French and English.
• Results-driven with a solid history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and basic data entry skills.
• Capable of managing a high volume of calls and effectively organizing time in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma required; additional education in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus.
