Inside Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring accountability for performance, productivity, and quality results.

• Supervise and consistently enhance the quoting and order entry processes to guarantee accuracy and timely responses.

• Collaborate across departments with outside sales, engineering, and production to align with customer requirements and order specifications.

• Track, evaluate, and report on sales and operational metrics, transforming insights into actionable enhancements and performance strategies.

• Address escalated customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and urgency.

• Identify, implement, and standardize process enhancements and tools to boost efficiency and minimize errors.

• Direct onboarding, training, and continuous development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

• Assist in forecasting and sales planning efforts.

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders to support business goals.

• Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the sales support process.

• Occasional travel (less than 10%) for meetings or training purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in inside sales or sales support, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, showcasing experience in team leadership and performance management.

• Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage priorities, drive execution, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrical manufacturing or a technical sales setting.

• Familiarity with transformer products and industry terminology.
